During my recent stay at Nature Hunt, I couldn't help but appreciate their culinary approach, which stands out in its innovative simplicity. The restaurant, designed with a rustic charm, fostered a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for those seeking comfort after a day of exploration. Breakfast served was freshly prepared and personalized - a delightful experience reminiscent of camping meals I've enjoyed in the past. I was reminded of Dutch Oven Campfire Lasagna, crafted simply yet deliciously with seasonal veggies. Here, they offer dishes that cleverly utilize local ingredients, minimizing food waste and maximizing taste. I opted for the Assam platter during dinner, which turned out to be just right for sharing. The comfortable seating and peaceful ambiance allowed us to enjoy our meals without the usual rush. The attentive staff ensured we were well catered to while remaining unobtrusive, striking the right balance for a pleasant dining experience. Nature Hunt succeeded in blending its culinary offerings with the serene backdrop of nature. It's an ideal spot for travelers who appreciate good food and a relaxing environment, making it a worthwhile destination in the beautiful Kaziranga region.
